Who Here is Lucky Not to Suffer. From This?

So far I'm lucky but right now I have early stage degenerative disk disease in my lower back and eventually I'll be hit with the wall of pain. I can imagine how bad a herniated disk can be as the pain is relentless as I have a relative who had that and the pain was indescribable. Only opiates relieved it enough and no other drug could.

I would not want to wish that on anyone not even myself as I'm now very mindful of my back and you all should be too!

Nope and hopefully never. I hurt my back at work three weeks ago and have been in non stop pain. But I know it will heal eventually. I couldn't imagine constant back pain thst doesn't stop. Good luck

I have it. Neck and back. I alternate between opiate pain meds and anti inflammatory medications. It’s the best pain relief for me currently and I’m not on narcotics every day.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I have something going on. There are certain exercises I just can't do anymore.

Same here...getting older sucks as can't do the things I did when younger. Can't squat or pull heavy due to lower back disc degeneration.

I have 5 discs messed up from when I was a bible salesman overseas.... I had one surgery and they want to fuse my back but its 5 dics and they have to go one above and one below so that would be 7 vertebrae. I refused it and deal with this every single day. I am looking into disc replacement surgery right now because the L5/ S1 is completely ruptured and the material is gone so its real bad and the others get better as you move up. The bad thing for me is that I am allergic to everything so Gabapentin is the only thing I can take other than THC to help.... If you haven't looked into disc replacement it looks real promising. I am trying to set up an appt now to find out my options.

Bro, that just sounds so invasive and intimidating. One would be difficult, but seven?!! My L5-S1 is also bad as well as the C7. Those are the worst of my bulging/herniated discs.

I’d like to find an alternative to meds every day. I have to find the right thc for me. I’m either hypersensitive to it or I’m just not doing the right kind.

I use delta 8 and its the only one I use. You have to learn how to use the gummies for sure. The disc replacement looks promising you should google that bro seriously. They have people up and walking an hour after and they are at work the next day...
