I finished 3/4 of the milk but my friends crushed laxatives and put them in my milk while I was away so you can assume I had other problems

I was good for 3/4 gallon a day, reading all the propaganda though I do wonder if it made me a bit insulin resistant. Now I don't really drink it at all unless I'm having cake or something.
