My daughter sure thinks me and her mom don't! Sleeps all day up all night gotta love a newborn!!

I know thats right! Get used to it for the first few months. :)

Thats the hard part plus the diapers...but the rest can be pretty great...as you already know. Little ones need to eat every 2 hours or so just like dad so they can get bigger.

Breatfeeding makes it easier on Dad, just get up, reconnect, and back to sleep.
A snap, right?

Not sure his gyno is that bad. :D

willi makes a good point. You can eat every two hours too and get huge. Then you can pass out from lack of sleep and have a nice built in cushion to land on. :spin:

I have a boy due in June, my second. I am not looking forward to all those sleepless nights.

I can remember when Sarah kept me up all night. It gets better.....until they get about 14. Then the sleepless nights start up again! :D

Take great pains in becoming a good father and mother in the beginning of your child's life. The sacrifices made to do so, pay a large dividend later on, as they will allow you become mom & dad.

This will go on for sometime brother as you well remember with little Oz, But hopefully Mom is making plenty of milk and you guys can pump it out and save some out for you to feed Gemma @ nights while Momma Sleeps, then Gemma can go back on the tit when Momma gets up, But I'm sure you guys already have a good plan it's just going to take a little time to let everyone acclimate to the new setup...

Ahhh I remimber those days for sure.....I feel for you brother......Ug,,,,
As JB stated and darkness ,,,,,My daughter is 16 now and the sleepness nights start all over agian with her getting her license and car....Ugh....

Enjoy it! One day in a few years you'll be looking at that young teenaged girl wondering where that sweet little infant went!

My first is coming in less than a month away from now. I'm taking off 4.5 weeks:)

LMAO! Truer words were never spoken! It all starts when they get old enough to appreciate boys. Sarah was my best friend until she got about 11 years old. I was smart, funny and the nicest dad ever. Now I'm stupid, boring and mean! :D
