Do I get to 225 and stop?

I've switched everything. I eat enough to feed a family then eat some more. All day.

Maybe I need tren.

And maybe I need more vaginer.

tough to do with an iffy back. It comes down to eating even more and doing heavy compound lifts. Then usually the result is bigger back, traps, chest, thighs, ass and stomach. Is that what you want or do you want more peripheral growth. In the later case you don't need to gain much more mass. It's just pushing the mass to the periphery with isolation.
 
P.S. In my experience both Tren and faginers just add drama and drama makes me lose weight becuase it makes me sweat and get the shits. .
 
At this stage in the game no matter how clean the calories are, when I go to high, I start to add fat. So I prefer to stay lighter but leaner.

Why, is the question. Having come down from 270 to 235ish I look better I feel so much better and I can wear shoes with laces again if I want to. My strength is down, but I've got nothing to prove to anyone.
Bottom line is why do you want or not want to get bigger?

Forget tren - it will turn you into a cal-burning machine.

Do this - buy a large jar of peanut butter. Start eating 3 big tablespoons every night before you crash. If that jar is lasting you longer than 5 days, then you're not eating enough of it. Look at the scale in a week. ;)

Me too and that was with a good bit of fat. The first part of this year I ran the keto diet with some tren and I lost a lot of that fat. Now I'm bulking and I'm getting some of it back. I think I'm about 220 now with a bit of a belly. If you saw my dad you'd understand the belly...lol.

I decide though, that I'd like to say around 212 to 220 and at low BF if possible. It is a more comfortable weight for me and I'm not huffing and puffing all the time...
 
Yeah I'm at the point too where anything over 235 and I feel like shit. 215 a little too light tho. Sounds some you need some vagine
 
bro, i had a similar problem a while back. i was competing in the 198 and 220 weight classes, but was tired of dropping down to 198 so i decided to only compete at 220. problem was that i was never heavier than 225 and was competing against guys who were upper 230s that would drop weight to the same weight class and made it hella tough for me. long story short i wanted to train in the mid to upper 230s but my weight wouldnt budge. a buddy of mine told me to drop the heavy shit for a while and do super high reps and lots of time under tensions; no speed reps, no bands, nothing. i mean this guy had me doing partial reps and all kinds of dumb shit with reps in the 20s-30s but it worked for me. the idea was that i didnt have enough blood supply to support more weight; more muscle... kind of like a 2 lane highway... can get more people on the road unless you build more lanes. anyway i hit 243 at my heaviest and from then on hovered around the 230-232
