After my back pics I wanted to post a front. Not near as good as my back. Oh well. Anyone with any advice how to make things better let me know. Thanks to Number-LL for blacking out my face-an improvement. Least I figured how to post my own pic!! This was taken at the end of chest day. Weight 218lbs height 6'0

Thank you everyone for your support! I appreciate that. I have goals for my physique and I want to be bigger and better. But I also have to say I have reached a point where I am happy with what Ive built. I started at 128lbs with virtually no recognizable muscle. Now as of today I'm 220. Part of me will always be 128lbs. I catch myself in mirrors or pics sometimes not knowing thats me (old age senility) and I say who the heck is that monster? I started in earnest when I was 33 years old and lifted solid and hard for 7 years before any "help". Its amazing to me the truth of the saying the more you learn the more you grow. Since I have come here I have learned more in 9 months that I did in 9 years. It is a huge gift to be here. I have met great friends that I expect I will have for the rest of my life. They are not "normal" folk but mostly extrarordinary people who have overcome and continue to overcome great challenges in life. This is really a great community. I feel incredibly fortunate and Blessed to be here.

Keep posting half naked pictures Willi.......... I show them to my Ol lady when I wanna get lucky ,,then after she gets done drooling over you and Darkness's Pictures she ravages me into a all night affair and gets all kinds of aggresive .....I dont mind the fact that she is doing me but picturing you folks .....

BT, I never imagined in my wildest dreams someone getting that excited over me. But hey, Im a total ham so pics you want...pics you shall have.

Thank you for all the compliments bro. You look pretty incredible yourself!!! As I said, you should be on a stage collecting trophies.:):)
