ya thate thats heather. she is NO joke at all used to be a power lifter now shes a pro bber... as i said.. quite a bit more then i would ever personally wanna be but i have never seen anyone lift like her in my life

FOR REPS like 5 reps lol seen it with my own eyes lol the rest of her training is equally insane... i use a wide grip lat pull down.. do between 215 and 230 for 4... she does the entire stack close grip for 12... stack=305 lol she makes me feel so weak its not even funny lol
 
my goal has always been more like a smaller roxie. she competes at 150 i want her cuts at the 130lb no test or tren version lol
