anyone work out at the y? closest gym to me when i move... if i don't like that gym, it will be a 1/2 hour + drive.
 
Ligirl and I workout at our YMCA, I love it, the overall MI bodybuilding champ from the year before last works out there as well. Plenty of free weights and a full line of cybex. All cybex cardio equipment as well. Huge clean locker rooms.
 
nice! good to hear. i think they have cheap membership prices too.
 
Urafreak....I hope for your sake they have a tanning bed. hehehe lol

Actually, I spend over an hour and a half in the gym alone, now that I hired a PT. Not counting if I take a spin class or pilates class. I get in the gym around 4:30 and I don't get out of there till almost 6:30 and don't get home till almost 8 PM. Yes, I am dedicated and motivated. I want to reach my goals by summer.
