What`s everyone`s short term as well as long term goals,as far as training,dieting,and/or contests are concerned?

My short term goal is to try and get in the best condition of my life. Mid term goal is to keep my waist at 30" or below. Long term goals are to continue to run ass but in such a manner as to not compermise my health, but rather improve quality of life.

Short Term Goals:
Drop some bodyfat and retain my muscle mass
Idealy I would love to get my bodyfat down to 8% or less

Then, after the summer I want to work with DoggCrapp to try and add some quality muscle to my physique. Depending how that turns out, I may do my first show if I feel that I am ready and I have a good chace to place well.

Long Term Goals:
To get better and better every year.
To keep learning and be able to help others learn about Supplements, Training, Diet, etc
I feel I have learned a lot from these boards and I want to keep giving back. This seems kind of corny, but it is the truth, or else I wouldn't spend so much time around here. I like to learn (about BBing, training, nutrition) and then pass on the info to other people!!
I would also like to know enough that I can train people and actually have people trying to track me down to get me to help them acheive the body they always wanted!!!

short term: is to get my bodyfat down to a good 7-8 %
long term is to slowly increase my mass while keeping my bf no higher than 10%. oh and id like to get my arms over 20" soon also...

to recover from some surgerys ive had and bench big .
that is my short /middle/long term goal :D

My short term goal is to add 15 pounds or so to my physique, and to brin up my lagging bodyparts, all by next year around this time or sooner if possible in an effort to place high in next years Master`s Nationals.

My long term goal is to constantly improve and compete in the best condition of my life even as I get older.

I`m getting on in years but I see no reason to accept that I cannot be better thasn ever at every contest I do.

I`m very driven as we all are and I never let age or adversity stop me from reaching or exceeding goals that I set.

Good luck to everyone here .

Train hard!!

Ooops,almost forgot!:)

Another goal outside of the gym is to write articles for one of the major mags.

I write for 3 websites now and my writing is getting better all the time.I`ve also written articles for two E-Books and I hope as I improve to get into the mags.

simple - to get as big as i possibly can - eat like there is no tomorrow - and hopefully compete in a contest in a couple of years

AND - course - BENCH BIG! - i want to do well over double my bodywieght . . . .

My short term goal is to regain pre-pregnancy figure. Pass statistics! :bang:

Mid goal is to improve that once I get there. Used to be 15% bf, would like between 10 and 15% I think...see when I get there.

Long term I think I'd like to compete in figure/fitness comps. Keep learning about everything, and helping others along the way. Possibly look into some aspect of sports injury rehab or something for work......after becoming a nurse practitioner of course!

Easto,my gameplan is just food.... and lots of it,:) combined with heavier basic training.

Off-season I train 4 days a week and go very heavy basing my workouts around squats, deadlifts, heavy benches, inclines, rows, and presses.

I dropped cardio this year in the off-season but this may change.

I do:

Quads,Hams, & Calves
Chest & Biceps
REST
Back & Traps
Shoulders & Triceps
REST
REST

Eating 6-7 solid food meals a day, with no protein powder.
So far I`m gaining well.
