hey yummy lets here you diet ans "supplement" routines im sure some of the other gals as well as some of the guy members better halfs would be interested in hearing how you are doing this, btw you are lookng awsome ....my wife is wanting to know what you are doing

STATS:

Current Weight: 131
Goal Weight: 110
Current Body Fat: 26%

MEASUREMENTS:
Bust: 34?
Waist: 29?
Hips: 37.5
Right Thigh: 23?
Right Bicep: 9.5?

DIET:
08:00 am - 1 scoop of chocolate whey (heated in water)
.....................& 1 flax oil caplet & 1 fish oil caplet
10:00 am - 2 cans of Albacore Tuna packed in olive oil
....................w/2 stalks sliced celery & 1 chopped green pepper
12:00 pm - 6 oz protein & 2 cups green veggies
02:00 pm - 2 cups of plain oatmeal & 1 tablespoon honey
....................& 1 flax oil caplet & 1 fish oil caplet
04:00 pm - 6 oz protein & 1 cup green veggies
06:00 pm - WORKOUT
08:30 pm - 6 oz protein & 1 cup green veggie
09:30 pm - 1 multivitamin

PROTEIN SOURCES:
London Broil; Chicken; Turkey; Pork Tenderloin; Chuck Roast; Sirloin

GREEN VEGGIE SOURCES:
Broccoli; Green Pepper; String Beans; Snap Beans; English Peas; Celery

LIQUID:
Minimum of 1 gallon water a day
Diet Root Beer and/or Diet Coke

WORKOUT:
Lift weights 3x a week
Aerobic activity 3x a week
