Ok, my knee is toast at the moment and I cannot do cardio or train legs. I see my surgeon today and hopefully will have surgery VERY soon and get it fixed up. Until then, I can do upper body work. 
So my diet has to be tweaked a little to keep me from packing on any unwanted fat. This is what I have in mind to do. Any suggestions would be more than appreciated
I will keep my protein intake the same. I get roughly 40 grams per meal/ 50 PWO
On non training days, I am going to cut my carbs back from 1/2 to 1/3 cup oatmeal with Meal 1. Meal 3- I can cut out the WW low carb tortilla and just a green salad, instead of both. Meal 5- green veggies and a salad, no rice. And cut out all fruit.
On training days, I'll do the same for Meal 1 and 2, then pre workout I used to have 2/3 cup egg whites and a fruit. What should I do here?
During my training I sip on water mixed with BCAA's and 20 grams dextrose. Should i cut the dextrose to 10 grams? Immediately PWO I drink a shake of 20 grams whey, 20 grams dextrose and 1 tsp CEE. I guess I'd cut the dextrose to 10 grams here too.
My PWO meal- I would keep the protein the preotein the same, and usually I'd have a med baked potato. So I could have a smaller potato, or should I go with someone different altogether? I was thinking of having oatmeal here instead.
I use flax oil- shoudl I cut back on this too, from 1 tbsp to 1 tsp maybe?

 One time I could eat cabbage, broccoli and spinach by the bucket load. Now they kill me. Makes me waaaaay too uncomfortable and it's not worth it. So I am limited to green peas and lettuce. I guess I could eat cauliflower and carrots occasionally. Sad.
