That man is just sick... watched all his vids pretty awsome.... wonder if he is back on or if he is just so gentically gifted hes making this gains w/o the juice

supposedly he isnt gunna take any gear and so far isnt on any supps, but he said if he does go on supps then he will let every1 no.
 
alot of people take hrt dose and still consider themselves natural... i wonder if that applies here... with all that gear usage in the past could his hormones go back to normal i wonder.. guess no sense in speculation.. thanks for sharing the vid
 
Levrone & Arnold were my inspirations when I first started . Dudes genetically gifted ...he still looks good fit wise being off free weights

he's retired from bodybuilding and concentrating more on acting ....he said he did workout but machines no free weight and just to stay healthy not big
 
Def a standup guy. Seems pretty cool. Makes one wonder how many have genetics like that but just don't know it.

I say the same thing all the time when you look at someone that has no interest in going to the gym at all might have the best genetics ever.

In this clip - he is eating chicken, veggeis and an ear of corn. He says in the clip something like "I eat this 4 times a day and that's all you need". Can't be more than 1,200 calories TOPS.

yeah sounds like a bunch of BS to me. cant build muscle if ur not eating above maintenance and thats not even maintenance.


I kinda of agree with both of you but I would not call it BS..Here what i think Kevin is doing ..

if he starts eating tons and tons of calories all of the sudden after many years off he will be putting more fat than actually muscle..im familiar with this method ,,lets say hes eating 1200 cals daily once he stops gaining muscle with minimun fat im pretty sure ,actually I KNOW he will be bumping his cals to 1500 for another few weeks then 2000 then 2500 and so on but this is done carefully planned..the plan/goal is to put on clean -muscle weight without the need of becoming a fat pig during offseason ,besides everybody that knows kevin know he used to grow into shows..you cant hardly find any pics of levrone in offseason mode or out of shape during his competitive years.

i c what ur saying, but the guys lifting intense 3days on 1 day off. on 1200 or so cals he would definitely be losing wiehgt. i forget what he weighs now 200 i believe? anyway unless hes having a serious re-feed day i dont c how its possible. i dunno something just doesnt add up.

He soaks the corn overnight in a salt/methandrostenolone solution.

Oly he says that is all you need, as in the viewer not himself. I'd shrink down to rf size in no time on that diet (minus the 75% bf).

Always have and always will respect him as a Professional Bodybuilder, as a person I don't respect him at all.
