ya, everyone says that...i need more biceps roundness and peak...i train m/w/f and at end of each workout doing 3 sets of db preacher curls alternating with no rest and 15-20 reps failing in that range each set...tough to get to 12 on the last one since i use same db for whole thing...first set is alot slower and longer pauses...

i've added about 3/4 inch this month already...next month will be rear delts at end of each or maybe traps...
 
i took this one today also...still some veins showing so not that fat yet

I wouldnt have guessed you were only 191lbs I would have guessed around 220 from that first pic.

I see a lot of thickness in your shoulders now.

only from side views not great from front or rear (imo)...i've always avoiding direct front delt work but just started doing wider grip front presses and squeezing alot more on rear delt/low trap work...hopefully by specializing them in feb they'll do what my arms did in jan
 
in comparison the is early jan prior to arm specializing this month where i've added 3/4" since this pic resulting in the OP pics
