Used to hang out at the 210-215 mark and maintained 8-10% max year round (never "bulked" in my life as I was always too worried about fat gain and I always blew up like a sea cow within weeks

) ...and that ~10-15 lbs is a big diffence on me aesthetically as I'm NOT someone who is "naturally built" and I struggle w body fat (hence the rigid low carb life style for 20 years).
I'm not (and never looked like) a meathead or BIG dude. For me it's always been about my obsession w leanness due to fat family genetics I've struggled w my whole life.
5 equal (smaller) meals a day each consisting of
1) 35-50 grams protein (grass fed beef, free range eggs, tons of fish, protein shake).
grams
2) 20-35 grams of fat (almonds, almond oil, avocado, avocado oil, days from the protein sources mentioned above, EVOO and coconut oil sparingly in dishes for taste)
3) Tons of various cooked or raw Greens per meal as my gut stuff until I'm satiated (fiber and phytonutrients).
Maybe 25 "incidental" carbs a day. I'm keto-adapted so my efficient fuel source is fats.
As stated earlier, I'm struggling w injuries (and hence my workouts are a joke and relatively useless) so I've had to be extra vigilant of my carb intake to thwart fat gain.
In previous years I would have a small carb meal PWO. I would also have a controlled binge meal every WED night for dinner and relax my regimen on Sundays allowing for a 6 hour "whatever I wanted" binge. I was always sure to do this on my hardest hitting training day of the week (legs or cheat).
This worked well for me for 10+ years.
Hope that helps. I'm also a low dose / conservative gear user. Most cycles consisted of my TRT dose of Test (200/week) + 50mg Var or something along those lines.
Disclaimer - I am much more into "fitness" than building a bodybuilding physique b/c I looked like a jack azz any time I would add any gear that aromatized (despite liberal use of AI's to quell sides) and/or if I added too many carbs. Lol. I would have loved to look like a beastly bb'er or compete but realized a long time ago I never would (lol) or could so I accepted what I was/am.
