Notes:
Weight hasn’t changed for the past few days, but we’re up a few pounds from last week. I did notice I am holding on to some water, but I got some of my lab work back and my cortisol is through the roof. I’m not super concerned about it, I’m dealing with a lot of personal life issues but they’re starting to get taken care of so I should have a return to how I was before. I did do a few Classic Poses this check in for practice because I don’t do them very often. I’ll have to take the time to do them more to get better.

Notes:
Amazing Shoulder day. I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder but I did not feel any pain, and I had a great pump. I decided to cycle off of Clen for the time being and add in 5mg Nebivolol daily because my resting heart rate is getting too high (100-120) even when I’m sleeping, etc. I can take a few weeks off, and then come back on at a lower dose with fresh receptors so I’m not worried.

I hit the sauna for about 15 minutes after my lift and the sweat session was the most I’ve ever sweat before, even when I used to be in the army in the Middle East. I’m definitely holding on to some water, but it’s nice to see it coming off.

Notes:
Started running Bronchogen, a Russian bioregulator. Killer leg day today, was motivated all through it. I spent 10 mins in the sauna post lift and would have gone a bit longer but some asshole stepped out and put on Vicks rub on himself and then came back in and that messed up my breathing in the sauna.

I recently started trying a non-stim pre workout and I’m finding that it does help with my performance in the gym without being cracked out and messing with my sleep. Or maybe it’s coincidence, but I’m enjoying it.
