What is the best exercise to develop the part of the bicep that connects to the elbow? I am decently strong and my arms are pretty big in the middle part of my arm, but I'm so damn tall my arms look little when I have a shirt on.
 
Actually, none....genetics determine the musculature for the most part, however, preacher curls have been thought to place emphasis on the lower portion of the bicep....also, when doing curls, make sure you go all the way down and perform reps at a slow, rhythmic pace.
