Sure it's fine, if anything it should make it easier to digest. btw there isn't any such thing as sugar free fruit juice. No sugar added juice is still high in sugar.
Why don't you just eat it? You don't have any appetite? Had enough boiled chicken breast where you can't down it anymore?
By the way boiling chicken breast makes it tough and not very enjoyable. I steam mine in a rice cooker usually, cooks all the way through and spice it with herbs.

im sick of chicken i eat it twice a day but anymore i wont b able ...and im sick of cooking all day ...this way i can just blend put in a bottle ...go out sip it down ..and its easy makes life so much easier ....

Yep that's definitely fine.
A few of the bodybuilders that I've worked with do this... especially the heavier guys (who just can't be bothered sitting down to chew 3 cans of tuna per meal).
Make sure to have digestive enzymes prior to each meal though. The process of mastication initiates digestion.
As you'll be just chugging your meals, you'll lose out on part of the process.
Me personally? I love liquid meals. And, I pound bromelain year-round.
Outside of facilitating the digestive process, it proteolytic enzymes also decrease systemic inflammation... so overall, they're a great add IMO... AND they're cheap.
