hey guys i started blending my chicken breast (boiled) with suger free juice ... nil sodium nothing ...

is that fine ..
 
Sure it's fine, if anything it should make it easier to digest. btw there isn't any such thing as sugar free fruit juice. No sugar added juice is still high in sugar.
 
Why don't you just eat it? You don't have any appetite? Had enough boiled chicken breast where you can't down it anymore?

By the way boiling chicken breast makes it tough and not very enjoyable. I steam mine in a rice cooker usually, cooks all the way through and spice it with herbs.

im sick of chicken i eat it twice a day but anymore i wont b able ...and im sick of cooking all day ...this way i can just blend put in a bottle ...go out sip it down ..and its easy makes life so much easier ....

Yep that's definitely fine.

A few of the bodybuilders that I've worked with do this... especially the heavier guys (who just can't be bothered sitting down to chew 3 cans of tuna per meal).

Make sure to have digestive enzymes prior to each meal though. The process of mastication initiates digestion.

As you'll be just chugging your meals, you'll lose out on part of the process.

Me personally? I love liquid meals. And, I pound bromelain year-round.

Outside of facilitating the digestive process, it proteolytic enzymes also decrease systemic inflammation... so overall, they're a great add IMO... AND they're cheap.

I see, I will give it a try since I am getting burnt out of chicken breast and tuna also.

Blending food allows you to extract much more nutrition from fruits and vegetables compared to chewing alone. There is no substitute for tasting the food, making adjustments, and seeing what happens. With a regular blender you can’t achieve the same texture with the same ease as you will with the Vita-Mix.
 
We mix because we do not have time to chew on the huge pile of nutrients we need to stay healthy in our stressful, polluted world. No supplement can provide these nutrients.
 
As per my opinion is Blending food makes eating healthy easier. It’s hard to eat foods like bananas, apples, celery, and carrots in large quantities.

Thanks for giving the idea of blending boiled chicken with sugar free juice. I am sure it will develop my taste. May I know your exercise schedule please. Just want to know could I have this or not.
I am already having protein shakes as I am working on small weights.

Protein shakes must not be stopped whatever your diet plan is. Because these are helpful for fitness and health of the body.
