Blew my back out again

Hey folks, you were spot on. I went and bought an inversion table today and used it 5 times for 5 minutes. For the first time this week I can walk without a limp and my leg doesnt hurt. I am gonna keep with the suggestions here and do it everyday.

In kind of late for this but glad to hear you are doing better.

I got a ways to go but I did everything today as normal with no drugs. Well,,,,other than those pinz I stik in muh bbutt.

I trained arms in the gym.
 
My lower back has always given me issues too, ive taken dph advice and really started stretching my hammies pre-workout which i never performed any static stretches pre., also use the foam roller post workout and, yes, i even do heated yoga 1-2 times a week in a 100 + degree room, the key is getting those hips loose, seems to cause a good ammount of my problems
