Ok guys looking for something simple for breakfast . I don't know what happened . I would eat eggs now I cant stomach them .Every time I eat eggs it makes me want to throw up . But what does everyone eat for a simple breakfast ? Looking for ideas besides protein shakes . I tend to eat the same thing but some ideas to mix it up

I cook a dozen eggs & one pound of sausage. Mix the 2 together & make breakfast burritos with salsa. I know you said no eggs but mixed with the sausage & salsa would it be a possibility?

I just ate a huge turkey, swiss and cheddar sandwich on oversized WW bread. I will have a roast beef and cheddar sandwich tomorrow. I also often have fried egg sandwiches for breakfast. If I have oatmeal for breakfast I have to take a shit or two during my workout.

Sounds like you got yourself an allergy now.

I would try cottage cheese or greek yogurt with berries. I know you said no protein shakes, but you can mix a little protein powder into the cottage cheese or yogurt. My go to for greek yogurt is the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Quart size.

I actually eat this with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, chia and flax seeds. Sometimes some cinnamon sprinkled on top if I need a change.

I eat a lot of 1% cottage cheese as one of my stables, I mix cottage cheese with some cool whip a little fruit and use sugar free dry jello powder to flavor the mix, it tastes great.

Cottage Cheese and cool whip? Ive never heard that before. I always just dumped pink salt, peppercorn and garlic in mine. Sweet might be in my future!

Dude there are numerous ways to cook eggs that I'd bet you'd love other than the ol' boring over-easy, sunnyside up or plain ol' scrambled. And this one is EZ-PZ & quick to make. Cut up 2 or 3 cloves of garlic. Cut up some onion. Cut up some mushrooms. Now put how many ever eggs you want in a bowl and stir them all up good - you can take out some of the yolks if ya want to your liking. I myself use about 12 whole eggs & take 6 yolks out. All the above takes only about 10 mins.total.. Pour some extra virgin olive oil in a pan - about a tablespoon. Heat the pan on medium heat until it's getting hot, thrown in the mushrooms first. Stir 'em up while cooking for about 5 mins. Now toss in the onions & garlic - keep stirring for another 3 mins. Lastly, pour in your eggs. Stir all that up until eggs are cooked to your liking - basically scrambled eggs style. I don't like dry eggs - better a il moist. So if you used 12 eggs like I do, it will take about 5 more mins until eggs & all are done. Wala amigo - some awesome scrambled eggs/omelette. Very healthy too bcoz not only do you get a lot of protein, but the health benefits of garlic, onion and olive oil which have great properties for lowering blood pressure among a myriad of other good stuff for health.

p.s - You can make this all even faster by dicing up the garlic & onion the night before.

I have honestly been trying to cut back down and doing a carnivore diet program right now. For some reason (celiac maybe?) I can't seem to tolerate any sort of grains or processed foods any more. I feel like shit, my hands retain fluid.... I just came off it all and am trying to adapt. I have been skipping breakfast lately to be honest... I am not trying to get any bigger though as I am trying to get down again.

As for recommendations, maybe trying a vanilla/ honey yogurt with some granola and protein powder?
