I would try cottage cheese or greek yogurt with berries. I know you said no protein shakes, but you can mix a little protein powder into the cottage cheese or yogurt. My go to for greek yogurt is the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Quart size.

I actually eat this with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, chia and flax seeds. Sometimes some cinnamon sprinkled on top if I need a change.
