Quit bitching. I work 3rd shift (11p-8a) and go to class monday through thursday from 10a-12p. Hell on tuesdays I am in class until 3pm. So I go to the gym right after class except for on tuesday. I just use that as my off day. I am in bed around 3p and wake up about 9p. You need to get on a scheduale and stick to it. Stop making excuses. You are not the only bodybuilder that has had to work thirds. Hell I would love to work third shift and not have to worry about going to class, studying, and doing homework.
