definitly improved but your posing still as terrible as ever..:D..Bring those elbows higher and spread them wings.

hard pick...forky's in pretty good condition for the bantam weight class...

Ex compared to your original VINTAGE lat-pics a few years back, thats MUCH better! Those originals awhile back you was bent over so far you looked like you was trying to pinch a loaf!lol :p

Now, to the jist of it. Fact is, if someone doesnt have decent lat development, its nearly impossible to make the pose look good. You need to hit those bitches hard bro. Be sure to "think" lats when your working them...don't let the biceps do the work....thats sooo important. With pullups and pulldowns, always get a full extension...arms all the way straight before you begin a rep...so you feel it pulling the shoulder blades apart per se at the top. No partial rep shit. Along with that advice, just kick ass on the basics, ie pullups, pulldowns, barbell rows, t-bar rows, dumbell rows, cross bench db pullovers. You will grow. Good luck bro. ;)

Good post but I dont necessarily agree with "arms all way straight before you begin' a rep"..yes, when hitting your back feeling that stretch is very important, no partial reps shit but even thought i stretch as much as possible on the eccentric but i always keep some tension on my back, if your arms are all the way straight you lose that tenson imo.
