Not super heavy obviously. I am looking to trim down to about 10-15%. Obviously dieting too.

Day 1: Chest MONDAY
Barbell Bench Press - 5 sets of 15, 12,10,10,10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press -4 Sets 12,10,10,8 reps
Dumbbell Flyes-4 Sets 10,10,10,10 reps
Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover -3 Sets 15,12,10 reps
Peck deck-4 Sets 12,12,12,12 reps

Day 2: Quads/Calves TUESDAY
Standing Calf Raises -3 sets of 60,60,60 reps
Seated Calf Raise -3 sets of 60,60,60 reps
Leg Extensions-5 Sets 15,12,12,10,10 reps
Barbell Squat-5 Sets 20,15,12,10,10 reps
Leg Press-4 Sets 15,12,12,10 reps
Smith Machine Squat-3 Sets 15,15,15 reps

Day 3: Back WED
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown -4 Sets 12,10,10,10 reps
Seated Cable Rows-4 Sets 15,12,10,10 reps
Bent Over Barbell Row-4 Sets 15,12,10,8 reps
One-Arm Dumbbell Row -4 Sets 12,10,10,8 reps

Day 4: Shoulders THURSDAY

Day 7: Rest SUNDAY
 
the workout routine looks good, bro! The main thing Ive learned when cutting is to make sure you limit your rest between sets while keeping a higher rep range. I shoot for no more than 45 seconds between sets (30-45secs and 90secs to 120 secs rest between the next exercise)

yea I am same way!! I will walk in a circle for 45 seconds next to the station I am at. people look at me funny.
 
Eat clean brother! Eating out is your enemy. Avoid preservatives and yes, that means shakes too. Eat like a rabbit with tons of lean protein. Drink lots of h?o. Get proper sleep. Ask your gf for a bj every time you stress. You should be good...
