Do you guys find running first thing in morning more benificial or running after a workout?

IMO the answer is a matter of personal choice. In the past i?ve tried both types of cardio to loose fat, and personally archived best results with fasted cardio.

Each cardio has its own goods and drawbacks and the decision is up to you. I?d suggest to try both if you don?t know what work for you.

Me personally I like doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 40 min on the treadmill. Takes the body fat off best for me and a good clean diet.

1st thing in the morning before your 1st meal is the best time

ok. For years i always did my cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and i had awesome results then another year i did my cardio right after training and had same results, of course i was chemically assisted. I learned a lot during my last prep in which i only used hgh ,fat burners and this time i did cardio in the afternoon ,1 hr and 1/2 after a carb meal ..why ? besides experimenting with shit , as a "natty" i could not afford to jump on a treadmill first thing in the morning nor after training without sacrificing tons of muscle so my approach this time had to be different and smarter and quess what ..i got shredded as well..so the moral of the story is it doesnt matter at what time or when as you long as you get it done.

If i were gonna do cardio after i trained, would you do right after or drink a shake first?

Most often I do weights on an empty stomach, and really don't need cardio to cut.
