Cereal Diet

I have been eating cereal throughout the day. I have been eating it for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for snacks throughout the day ( Nothing but cereal!). I also exercise throughout the day. I would like to loose a little weight, that's the reason for this diet. I want to know if this is a good idea, and will it work. I have also been taking Lipo 6, and formula 9 in the mornings and in the evenings. I have been doing this for about a week now. My cereal consist of Special K, Honey bunches of oats, and honey combs etc. Please give a little on info on how to loose some weight!

P.S.
I find that I get cravings throughout the day also, so I just eat cereal again!
 
Make sure you stick with Lucky Charms, I wouldn't have the quality physique I sport now without them..:D

Captain crunch. A cereal diet can be fortified with long johns, bismarks and pop tarts to satisfy those cravings. M&M's are ok as well as long as they arn't peanut m&m's because peanut m&m's contain a small amount of protein which has nutritional value.

Aries - you need to do some research on the glycemic index and you also do need to check out the thread that was given to you in a previous post. Also, in your nutritional research, you want to focus on macronutrients (relating to the link in previous post - fat, carbs, protein), as well, you should do searches for books relating to body building nutrition.

You are getting cravings because you are crashing from all those carbs! Your body is not getting any substance in it to take you from one meal to the next ie: PROTEIN! Carbs are an essential part of muscle building but not the way you are doing it.

If you want to lose weight and make some gains, we really need to hear your stats and goals. Let us know those things and come back with questions after you have done a little research in the areas that we have all mentioned to you.
