I have been eating cereal throughout the day.  I have been eating it for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for snacks throughout the day ( Nothing but cereal!).  I also exercise throughout the day.  I would like to loose a little weight, that's the reason for this diet.  I want to know if this is a good idea, and will it work.  I have also been taking Lipo 6, and formula 9 in the mornings and in the evenings.  I have been doing this for about a week now. My cereal consist of Special K, Honey bunches of oats, and honey combs etc.  Please give a little on info on how to loose some weight!

I find that I get cravings throughout the day also, so I just eat cereal again!
