Bench press 1x5W-Up, 5x5
Incline bench press 5x5
Decline bench press 5x5
-Used forced reps to finish last few in each set
Incline D-bell presses
5x4-8x70-55
Flat bench D-bell press
5x5x55-50
Lying two-hand single D-Bell press (for inner pecs)
5x8x80

Light arms
Reverse e-z bar curl supersetted with
overhead behind neck e-z bar tricep press
5x5 each

An hour 15 min brutal workout.
Now Sleeeeeeeep...the power man's dream!
 
I had an older guy, Mark, spot me for two sets of decline press, but the rest I powered through myself.
I will admit a few times I had to heave the bar onto the lower supports before it crushed my neck, but that's the fun of it.
 
I generally don't like spotters. They hang over you, drip sweat on you, pull the bar too soon. I only use them for a push, and the older the better, as these guys have been around and know.
