chicken breast nutritional value????

the boneless skinless chicken breast i buy does not have a nutritional value chart on it...i know the basics of 8oz chicken breasts but im running helios and t3 now and am about to start tren/prop on monday so i am monitering my macros closely..when i check online it varies..some say 8g fat some say 5g....some say 40g protein some say 50g...what do u guys go by????
 
Pick one set and stick with it. As long as you are consistent it doesn't make a difference since you will adjust macros and cals as you go. So as long as everything is consistent you will vary things in an ordered consistent way.
 
You have to judge by the size of the brest, or find a chart in ozs, then weigh each portion prior to cooking.
