Db rows

I was forced to do Db rows today instead of Bb rows. I grabbed a bench near by and for the hell of it decided to put it on a 30 degree angle and do my rows that way. What a difference! Completely different feeling hitting it from that angle. Do any of you guys do your db rows on an inclined bench? How big of an incline?
 
I like db rows from a bench, I also like the 30 degree angle. I never do one arm db rows IMO it's a worthles exercise.
 
liftsiron, why dont you feel that 1 arm db rows are effective?
bent over bb rows are a staple of by back workout, every couple weeks I will throw in some 1 arm db rows from a flat bench as well. ??

Thats how i did them yesterday, one arm on a 30 deg angle.

I don't understand how you would do 2 arm db rows? :confused: Unless you mean both arms rowing at the same time.
