Do you eat less carbs on off training days?

Even when you are bulking on off training day do u limit your carb intake? I know that not drinking a PWO on off training days its already less carb that you take but beside the PWO do u limit your intake of carbs on off-training days?
Even when you are bulking do you eat carbs till bed time or you cut the carbs around 5/6PM? Thanks
 
Nope, if you are bulking the idea is to gain weight, you need to eat, sleep, train, eat again...then after that...eat again..
on your off days, those are the days when your body is recovering from your workouts and growing...
so the answer is NO if you are bulking...

im bulking and carb cycling.. on the rare times i know i wont be in the gym i make that a low or medium day.. making good muscle gains and the bf is staying the same as it was precut (so far) im about to hit my half way mark on this bulk on monday (8 weeks in) i personally would rather gain 10 lbs of muscle without fat then gain 20lbs of muscle and fucktons of fat.. thats just me though im allergic to eating just ask scott lol
 
I'd eat the same amount of carbs on day off ..the only thing i change is i spread evenly on days off instead of the majority PWO ...and of course make sure all of them ( carbs) are complex ( on days off) instead of simple.

Sadie, it's practicly impossible to gain 10 lbs of just pure muscle with no fat at all..impossible.

Oly, whats your avarage carb intake per day?
 
It depends...up to + 400g offseasoN ..although i dont "offseason' anymore I just get fatter and lazy..:D When dieting I reduce them as weeks go by little by little but never going below 100g daily..thats as low as I go.
