Is this method of training okay to use for natural lifters; will I be able to recover?

I think that both the DC training and Diet are normally set up on an individual's needs and ability. Contrary to popular belief there isn't an official DC training manual, the book was put together using bits and pieces of his writings and answers to questions, without his endorsement.

Generally, yes, but you wont know until you give it a shot and see how it works for YOU bro. One of my friends at the gym has been training DC style for the past 5 years...even when OFF...and still sees good results when OFF.

Regarding frequency, yes your hitting a bdpt about twice per week...however the volume is MUCH less. I made killa gains for many years hitting bdpts twice ew...that was common back in the day...and yes I was natty. And that also included many forced reps...so the intensity WAS there. However that was in my teens & 20's...don't know if it would jive at my age now.lol
