we call it TRICEP DEATH :p
it requires workout partners and some wood , the boards should vary from 1-4 boards thick for a total of 4 boards .all sets are for 6 reps with the first set to the chest , while locking out the 6th rep a 1 board will be placed on the chest and 6 more reps immediately performed , after 6 reps to the 1 board a 2 board is quickly swapped in , so on and so forth till the 6th rep with a 4 board .
this is a total of 30 reps and if the right weight is used the last rep should be near torture , and the next day your tricps will feel like they are being tortured :p
 
i've seen variations on this too and it does work great. these will cut the workout session in half but time means shit. it's intensity that counts

we do these as the accessory work for tris after benching , not the main bench work .
 
so you press the boards like a close grip bench???? im kinda slow here...:D

you do a normal OR close grip bench but bring the bar to the boards instead of the chest except for the 1st set of course .
 
oh shit..... im sititng here thinking you actually bench the boards.....damn i feel sheepish...i gotcha...:D
 
i thought you guys were doing some countryboy farm yard workout or some shit....
 
bump , this excercise isnt for the weak of heart . your triceps will hate your guts but if done with intensity and at least a few times a month your arms should blow up like ballons lol .
