What is a one arm PC? Are you doing kegal exercises at the gym with weights?

2. Naut Pullovers **very light

Cardio: Exercise Bike 15 min; HIIT cardio 6 minutes

Meal 1: PWO, 60 gr protein, CEE, glass of juice
Meal 2: 6 eggs, 2 pieces of 8 grain bread, GOGT
Meal 3: 2 cups of coffee, yogurt
Meal 4: 10 oz ground turkey, 2 cups rice, glass of water
Meal 5: 2 cups of coffee ***NEED TO STAY AWAKE ;)
 
Looking good bro. I think I might start eating some egg omlets i'm sick of boiling them all the time

do you drink yer coffee black?
 
Usually or with a 1/3 cup of milk if my stomach is acting funny. I use splenda sometimes.

3. Rolling Tricep Extensions

Ok, I went too heavy on the triceps because 2 hours later I am TIRED. :) Well, I think I will be good once I have some carbs. Anyway, the inlcine pressing was ok but I had to focus on my form big time. Laterlas hurt a bit but still I just kept doing them. I need SOME shoulder work. Triceps were easy. Just a tad tired at the end.
