Better cross fit workouts (I only hope that I will be able to lift again - I have been feeling like crap for 3 weeks now .....)
Stick to a good diet, been focusing on bulking and now it's time to loose some fat before my stomach grows past my chest...
Also need a good cycle!!!!!
1.strengthen my finances
2.figure a way to not work for someone else
3.Stay out of the can not working for someone else,lol
4.Stay focused on the prize
Key in my diet.
Drop my BF from current (24%) to about 10% or less
Get stronger
Get my arms to match the rest of me (haha)
Bigger legs
Start kickboxing again and maybe compete
Get my business up and kicking again
Attempt to make my wife happy or leave... HA!
~ no freakin injuries/ leading to surgeries
~ more cardio, I want to see abs
~clearer diet
~remove about $30K worth of unaccountable debt
~ break the $100K gross income mark ~
~get my gf to let me hit that bong hole (lol)...
