Goals for 2014. Let's see them.

1. Key in diet.
2. Increase intensity of workouts.
3. Get laid at least once.
 
A better diet
A better health
Better cross fit workouts (I only hope that I will be able to lift again - I have been feeling like crap for 3 weeks now .....)
 
Get leaner
Then start trying to get stronger again
Getting laid is always a goal of mine lol
 
Get a diet and stay on it
Lean out while still maintaining my weight(245lbs)
Stay injury free
 
Get diet dialed in
Get the wife pregs one final time
Buy a new home
 
Invent a companion robot that will wash dishes and tickle my sack.
 
I would love to hit a 600lb bench.
Eat cleaner.
Pay off some bills.
 
Stay consistent with good eating and training, while staying injury free.

I want to hit a 400# bench again if possible, as well as a 585# squat - raw for both.

Summer I want to get sub 6% again, as it has been a long while since i've done that.

I'd love to hit a long hike up in the Sierra Nevadas at least once this next summer. Likewise, I need to go fishing at least once for Christ' sake!!!

Be a good father.

Go for round 2 on making another kiddo.

Go on vacation at least once with the family.

Stick to a good diet, been focusing on bulking and now it's time to loose some fat before my stomach grows past my chest...
Also need a good cycle!!!!!

Start a small biz to supplement income
stay between 9-13% BF

~ no freakin injuries/ leading to surgeries
~ more cardio, I want to see abs
~clearer diet
~remove about $30K worth of unaccountable debt
~ break the $100K gross income mark ~
~get my gf to let me hit that bong hole (lol)...
