Hello,
I am a personal trainer/Thai boxing instructor, and have been into fitness my whole life! From the time I could walk, I ran! I have been a body builder, played college sports, and been in Thai boxing. Now that I am older have a blown disc between L5-S1, and Triangular Myofibro Complex something in my wrist with arthritis in each wrist as well.... I am looking to get back in the game. This winter was rough with issues, but I am feeling great again, and looking to get my fat back down, and muscle back up. I am looking into just clomid, but if I order it I am not sure how much to take or even how to figure that out. Have used gear in the past, but not looking to go that route. Any suggestions or ideas would be gladly taken!

Hey welcome to A-E. Before trying any drugs I would suggest that you concentrate on diet and training for awhile. Diet is the most important factor in shedding excess fat.

Yup.

You been into fitness all your life...so your well aware of muscle memory. You'll be back in no time. ;)
