I've been seriously bodybuilding for about 2 years now (semi-natural). I used to train about 13 years ago until I suffered a lowerback injury. I got back into it and have made good progress.

My previous stats 2 years ago were:
Weight: 225 lbs
BF: 28%
Arms: 16"
Chest: 44"
Thighs: 22"
Waist: 38"

Here are my present stats:
Weight: 205 lbs
BF: 15%
Arms: 18"
Chest: 48"
Thighs: 23"
Waist: 35"
Height: 5'11"

My goals (like everyone elses) are to gain lean muscle mass. I'm off to a good start so I hope I can learn more from everyone here and offer some advise as well.
 
Welcome to Peak..I've also been there done that with serious injury and having to fight my way back from them.
