How often to work Upper and lower?

If you work out three days a week do you do upper on Monday, legs (lower) on Wednesday etc or do you do everything at all three workouts? I want to start a good routine and start using HGH with Long IGF. Please can you advise? Sorry for new guy questions.

height 5'10"

Any help would be appreciated.
 
You can hit everything twice a week if you are doing something like Mon Wed Fri. You can do Upper body monday, lower body wed. and then upper body again Friday. The following week you would start with lower body and repeat the process. If you are going to hit a body part twice a week, I would suggest keeping volume down and intensity high. Do a search on DC training, you may fall in love with the two way split.
 
I work out six times a week, addicted to the gym. Monday I hit chest and tris hard and heavy.
Tuesday I hit back and bis hard and heavy.
Wednesday I hit legs for a hour straight 30 plus sets. Thursday chest and tris moderately.
Friday back and bis moderately.
Saturday shoulders and traps hard and heavy.
Sunday rest. This works well for me.
