How to lose some lower body muscle mass

I have massive legs...small compared to a body builder but almost twice as big as a regular person. I friggin can't fit in any jeans that will fit my waist and the ones that fit my legs are extra baggy everywhere else. I know alot of you treasure big legs and there are bunch of chicken legged people who would kill to have some more leg muscle but my situation is the opposite. My body looks dis proportinal and I am not looking to get any bigger on my upper body to even out the lower side, so the only option is to lose muscle and fat off my legs. the second reason why I want this is to help with my flexibility and submissions for my jiujitsu game. Anyways, the amount of fat on my legs is hard to measure with calipers, any kind of lower body training just makes my legs grow even more. As an example I have been working out my legs and running every day for about 2 weeks and now it is even harder for me to get in to some of my pants.

gimme some advice guys what do i do to get somewhat skinnier legs.
Ps: I think I am either mesmo or mesmo/endo, thick bones, big skull, big hands, overall large frame etc...
 
It might just be your genetics. All I can advise is high reps with high sets on leg work.
 
Take up long distance running. This will also help with your endurance for jiu jitsu.

I was actually thinking about that. I stopped HIIT and started runnig at a slower pace for longer periods and increasing the time on the treadmill 1 minute per day. We will see what happens, i have a feeling I will see some results as I hit the 1 hour mark daily around 5.4 miles an hour on the treadmill for a month or so....
 
i dunno i just started long distance runnign and my legs are getting pretty bad ass workouts if its ur gentics ur fuck trust me.... i have to not workout my legs for them to be close to an average person... and running is making my legs get bigger again lol

But dude, I need to do cardio and I like being able to burn more calories in the same time frame, compared to other exercises. I just cannot turn that elliptical machine for 4.5 hours on low, every god dang day..... there has to be something...
