Hello good looking folks, honestly I got myself into skateboarding and smoking a lot of pot everyday. I lose a lot of weight and muscles from 220lbs down to 185. I still have form though and have been selecting the healthiest meal the least but not like before where I eat 6-8meals a day. Now I just eat 2-3meals a day excluding the munches on late nights lol. But seriously guys I wanna get back into shape I mean not really go back into bodybuilding.. I just wanna go back on track, I wanna be healthy and fit after recovering from this 5th metatarsal fracture that i got from skating (I really love skateboarding since HS and college).. Do u guys have any advice or something? Thanks a lot amigos and amigas..
