Best way to get big forearms is the old fashioned wrist roller made from a rope and sawed off mop handle.
I like wrist curls as well, but the roller is best.
Forearms are nearly impossible to overtrain. I remember Arnold saying he did calves and forearms to failure every day 7 days a week.interesting that you mention that John, i recently spied my old wrist roller buried under some plates in the corner of my gym. i dusted it off and now do my forearms upon waking in the morning, early afternoon, and before sleep at night. i do them until they burnso much i have to drop the bar and then follow up with a concentrated yogurt concoction mixed with bcaas to flood the forearms with leucine!
