Seems like its a mod function, why can I give people infractions?

I have a button to give people infractions under non-mod users. I click on it and it allows me to select how long it lasts, and I can even select a custom option.

I was wrong apparently.. Thanks for bringing this to our attention..
It's fix now.

This board was merged long ago with a few others, we apparently inherited a few usergroup permissions that is not warrented to specific usergroups

I didn't have one either till i got my post count up a little...

apparently it's beenb this way for awhile.. Just no one ever told us until now
The original owner had it so registered usergroup couldn't edit and apparently had infraction permissions.. I'm thinking he may not have understood what those were meant for.
