Reverse grip bench (smith machine)
70 lbs on the bar x 10/5/3
8 reps more than last time!!
Rack chins...12 strong reps...that's good for me, and I haven't done these in a long time

160 x 8/5........I dropped the weight figuring I'd be really weak and I haven't done them in awhile. Should have gone heavier, but I was still happy
Abs are coming in nicely, leaning out all over. Guess I should post a pic soon, but with pics you never look as good as you do in person!
Diet is no prob...I am doing what I did last year before the competition...I'm baking..lol..I baked a ton of cookies and cakes last year for Xmas, and I hate to bake normally..lol..I dunno, I guess it gives me a feeling of control to know that i can do that and it doesn't bother me to eat it or even lick the spoon. Weird
