Unfortunately, all bicep exercises hurt my elbow these days :( Not a good time for this to be happening. It's a tennis elbow type pain. If I pick up anything with an overhand grip, it kills. Oh fuck, more physio for me....if it's not one joint it's another..lol..
 
60 minutes of cardio this morning. Getting ready for my little road trip now. Will be putting together a posing routine with my "diet guy" while I'm gone. So I'll have that to be practicing too when I get back. That's 3 routines I need....I am also in the couples division in the show in Sept with a good friend of mine.
 
Did abs and 40 minutes cardio last night with my good friend out here in the city. I wish my gym was as good as this one. Off to do cardio again now. Will be having a posing practice after lunch and let Andy look me over in my suit....I expect some diet changes to be made. 4 weeks from tomorrow....I must be insane...
 
Thanks sweetie :) Just finished 60 minutes of cardio....I took a new supp last night and this morning, and I sweat like never before...it was almost scary..lol..and I could have kept going ang going...not the least bit tired after an hour. I may have to look into buying it...I was just given a few try out.
 
Thanks g4e...back now. I never trained while i was out there....just all cardio. It's bumped up again to 45 minutes in the evenings. No diet changes. Andy was very pleased with how I looked and with my posing. Might post one of the pics when I get them...depending on what it's like! I also had my lower back tattoo extended today....I'll post a pic of that later too.
 
Here's the new tatt...the butterfly was already there, he just fixed it up and re-inked it, and added the rest. Hurt like a bitch..lol..

Cardio outside this morning for 60 minutes. It was nice cause it was a little cool. It's been so hot lately...horrible for cardio regardless of where you do it.

I will weigh myself Tuesday morning to see how I'm doing. I know I am leaner. I also start the Lipoderm Ultra today too. And I start my 10 days of Clen again on Wednesday- I have the pills now. It'll be interesting to see how I do...the liquid I had, MUST have been underdosed. There's no way I was taking that much. Will keep you all posted :)

Flat DB press....454 x 5/4/3 (one reo more than last time!!)

Smyth presses....50 on the bar x 7/3/3 (same)

Close grip bench....80 x 8/5/4 (2 more reps than last!)

Wide lat pulldowns...120 x 8/4/4

Shrugs on smyth....90 on the bar...3 sets of 10

I feel and look like a cow....I dunno, g4e you're probably right. How much damage can be done in 4 weeks? I really don't feel good about all this right now.

I feel much better today. I retained so much water yesterday it was friggin' unreal. I look and feel completely different today. So forgive me for feeling sorry for myself yesterday :o

Cardio x 60 minutes on the stepper this morning. Will train later today- biceps/forearms/legs.
 
Yesterday's training went well.....did BB curls and can't beat the logbook, so I'll drop the weight and straight set next time. My new partner did comment on how good my form is when doing them...that was nice to hear. My elbow still hurts a lot when I do bicep exercises.

Forearms...dropped the weight to 20 lb DB's...that was fine

Usual leg stuff...extensions, lying ham curls, leg press, lunges...low weight and high reps

Threw in a set of hyperextensions....super slow, no weight...just to really squeeze the glutes and hams

Cardio this morning...20 min on bike, 30 on stepper, and I had to go back and finish on the bike. I guess between leg day yesterday and a shitty sleep, my legs were like lead this morning.

I weighed this morning too and I'm up 2 pounds. I'm retaining water I know, but holy fuck....
 
Oh my, yesterday was a hellish day for me. Let's just say PMS plus the stress of getting ready for this show. And no, I wasn't a bitch, so my husband needs no pity..lol..I just wanted someone to kill me...other than that I was fine :D I actually napped in the evening, somethign I NEVER do, then went and did my cardio. Today I'm good!!

Thanks to you guys who read this....being surrounded by so many guys here, I know stuff like that doesn't interest you, but, hey I gotta vent a little somewhere.

Cardio this morning....60 minutes on the stepper. My legs and butt are feeling much tighter- that makes me happy. Training later today.
 
Training went very well tonight....

Incline chest press machine
140 x 10/5/3
6 reps more than last time

Shoulder press machine
100 x 12/6/5
8 reps more than last time!!

Reverse grip bench (smith machine)
70 lbs on the bar x 10/5/3
8 reps more than last time!!

Rack chins...12 strong reps...that's good for me, and I haven't done these in a long time

Deads
160 x 8/5........I dropped the weight figuring I'd be really weak and I haven't done them in awhile. Should have gone heavier, but I was still happy

Abs are coming in nicely, leaning out all over. Guess I should post a pic soon, but with pics you never look as good as you do in person!

Diet is no prob...I am doing what I did last year before the competition...I'm baking..lol..I baked a ton of cookies and cakes last year for Xmas, and I hate to bake normally..lol..I dunno, I guess it gives me a feeling of control to know that i can do that and it doesn't bother me to eat it or even lick the spoon. Weird :D

Ok, here's a pic...my side chest sucks...any suggestions on how to improve it are greatly appreciated. I was trying to get the best lighting to show my definiton but it didn't work very well..lol..and one with some clothes on :)

I don't look like someone who's gonna compete in 3 weeks :ugh: :D
 
Did 45 minutes this evening before coming to work. Double cardio day again tomorrow, so I will walk outside when I get off work, sleep, get up and go to the gym for the second lot. This evenings cardio was hard....got that ugly feeling again and had to get off the stepper and go back to the bike for the last 10 minutes cause I didn't know if I could stay upright any longer...yuck..
 
Got off work at 8 am...did my cardio outside- walked for 50 minutes. I just couldn't manage 60 this morning. After I drink my green tea, I'm off to bed!
