This is my first experience with T3 and clen...all I can say is that my body temp is set on cremate..lol..I am hot 24/7...I'm pretty sure that by the time my second comp rolls around I'll be diced :D
 
Walked outside x 50 minutes this morning. I went further than yesterday and it still only took 50 minutes. Now I'm off to bed, working again tonight. It's a gorgoues day and I gotta spend it sleeping- fawk!!! Leg day when I get up - yay!!
 
Training this evening....

Alt DB curls.....had to drop the weight to 25's, my elbow hurts too much
25 x 9/5/5

Pinwheel curls......same thing, had to drop the weight
15 x 12

Leg extensions....3 sets 20 @ 40 lbs

High wide leg press....3 sets 20 @ 180 lbs

Leg press.....4 sets 20 @ 180 lbs. 2 sets wide, 2 sets narrow

Standing calf raises....120 x 10/ 90 x 10/ 60 x 10

Wimped out on leg day today.....so hard when doing night shift and got to go back and do another

Won't be doing any morning cardio. Got to go to bed ASAP when I get off so I can get up and drive into the city (4 hour drive) Will do cardio when I get there.

I completely understand. Turning around and going from days to night taxes my body and mind fierce. My training suffers for a day or two... then I am able to get back to normal.
 
Was out of town for a couple days...just did cardio while I was. Back last evening and trained.

Flat DB press....45 x 7/5/2
2 reps better than last time

Smith shoulder presses....50 lbs on the bar x 8/3/4
2 reps better than last

Close grip bench....90 x 6/4/3
10 lbs heavier than last time

Face pulls......110 x 10/10/10
Did these for something different

Deads....160x 8, 180 x 2 Tried to up the weight and get 4, but my fucking grip gave out

Weight 157......a significant difference in my look in the last week.....abs are in, serratus looks great, legs are starting to look real good. I'm happy, considering it's less than 3 weeks to the show, and it's not even the show I was preparing for all along. I have my routine figured out, now it's just practice :)

Well thanks, g4e....I'm very serious about my training, but I'm fun to train with too....I like to train with someone who will push me to what I am capable of....my partners have all been male....I've always been a real tomboy :)

If I can actually get a pic that I like, I'll post it....otherwise I'll wait until I get some from the show....a bit of protan and oil goes a long way in making you look good!
 
Slept in this am...hubby didn't turn up the alarm...needless to say I was PISSED..lol..so only 45 minutes of cardio on the stepper
 
Thanks guys....I can certainly count on you two for an encouraging comment...thanks so much...only another 6 weeks and this will be done. Bear with me.

I was away for a night over the weekend.....no gym, so my cardio was all outside. Luckily the weather was beautiful. Spent the day at the beach....here's a pic. Not a real good one, but shows all of me. Anyway, I suppose I'll post a few pics from the show on the 20th. No more until then for sure

Wide lat pulldowns....(LT) 120 8/4/4 (TT)105 x 8/5/3

Deads....(LT) 160 x 8, 180 x 2 Did regular deads
This time did rack deads...first time doing them 220 x 6/4

Extreme stretching
 
Yesterday was a cardio day...am and pm. I felt like shit ALL day...had zero energy. I worked 12 hours and then did my cardio. I actually managed to be able to do the cardio, but I felt like I was going to die afterwards. I was in bed by 10:30- unheard of for me.

Anyway, I feel the same today, and it finally hit me why I do. Armed with all the medical knowledge I have...I decided to stop taking my antidepressant...yup, that's right- in the middle of contest prep....yup, yup, yup, fucking smart eh?? Needless to say I started again today after I had to leave work and come home. I'll be fine in a couple days. BUt right now, i want to eat, I feel sorry for myself and I'm mad at the world. And who the fuck cares??? I just needed to vent that somewhere...I know I'm being a bitch- I'll get over it.

10 days until contest number #1....I think I should be taking antipsychotic meds, cause I must be insane.....:D

Thank you...you almost made me cry :bawling: You've been very sweet to me...I'll be ok...I'm just very frustrated and pissed with myself...and having a little self pity trip :o I'm one strong bitch- I won't be kept down for long!!!
 
Feeling much better today. I'll be back to "normal" in a few!!

Cardio x 60 minutes this am...30 on elliptical, 30 on stepper. I will train later today. And I have a posing practice tonight. Time to get my shit together with my routine :) "Moon Baby" by Godsmack is my song.

Leg Extensions...5 sets of 20 @ 40 lbs. I alternated them with High Wide Leg Press....1 set 20 @ 180, 1 set 30 @ 90, 3 sets 20 @ 140 lbs

Lunges....5 sets 20 with 20 lb DB's

Standing calf raises....120 x 10, 90 x 10, 60 x 10

I really slow set on the reverse hyper to squeeze the glutes and hams



Did cardio x 60 minutes this morning. My evening cardio is increased...60 minutes twice a week, and 45 twicew. I was doing all 45's.

8 days til th show....christ, I must be mad!!! I just hope I'm in good enough shape so I don't look like a total fool...not like anyone would tell me..lol..

Did a second 60 minute cardio session this evening. Working tonight...will walk in the morning when I get off for my cardio
 
I worked last night, so I went outside for a walk this morning shortly after I got home. I keep having to add a little more distance as I get in better shape. Walked x 60 minutes. I managed to sleep a pretty good 6 hours before getting up. Ate my pre workout meal...egg whites, egg and oatmeal- all nuked together with a Splenda. I LOVE this meal!!!

So my workout....I purposely dropped the weight back a little for chest and shoulders cause with working night shift I am usually a little weaker.

Flat DB bench....40 x 7/5/2


Shoulder press machine....100 x 7/4/3

Close grip bench....90 x 7/5/5

Reverse grip pulldowns.....130 x 7/4/3
These hurt my bad elbow

Rack deads (my new favorite exercise!!)....220 x 4/2
So I sucked at these today....my grip just gave out. I can't wait til after the comps are over and start lifting some serious weights with the deads :)

Had a posing practice for about 45 minutes with a guy I am helping out. It was ok....i keep forgetting the order of my poses. I have to do some SERIOUS work this week on my routine. I am all concerned about one of the poses...I go from a side chest to a twisting back double bicep pose, and then into a twisting front double bi. I just don't know if I got the muscularity to pull it off. Some people don't stress at all over routines and just throw one together last minute....geez, I hate them..lol..
 
Working nights and getting ready to compete SUCKS!!! I did my cardio when I got off this morning and did it again when I got up :rolleyes:

So here's a couple quick pics I took...the lighting sucks, but it gives an idea I guess. You can't see my abs much though...they look great :)
