This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then back, biceps, and delts
Deadlifts conventional and sumo working up to 405 for a single
Chin Ups +25lbs
Chest supported Tbar Rows
Incline bench seated DB curls
DB lateral raises
DC style stretching after final sets
Interested in knowing if you see much difference in the growth of your legs when focusing on deadlifts, or if you have seen better/same outcome with leg press. Deadlift tends to kill my knees, and squats are too rough on the hips. My current leg workouts consist of leg press (small range of motion), leg extension, and leg curls. Wondering if I should say "fuck the pain" and go through with the deadlifts and squats if they are better for obtaining growth.
