How many days a week do you guys workout and how long is each workout? I usually lift 3 times a week for about an hour and a half.
 
6 days per week ..around 2 hrs and thats not including cardio.
 
Mass building, 2-3 times per week, 60-90 mins a workout.....heavy weights....long rest periods between sets.

Other, add 3-6 cardio sessions weekly ....decrease weight load and add in supersets and train at a faster pace.
 
Look at fatass giving out advice:D

Adding size = 4 days a week, about 45 min - an hour each day not including cardio
Cutting = 5 days a week lifting, about an hour each day and 6 days of cardio
