Kettlebell Training

just wondering if anyone has used kettlebells for their training routines and if so do you recommend any workouts
 
My Ol lady uses them things in her daily excersize routine......
Whats goals are you looking to achieve using kettlebells ? Are you trying to just lean out and tone a bit or ?
The only thing I have used them for is to throw across the room at the kids .

I don't see the benefit of em. Maybe if you use them for added weight in cardio, but for most folks, cardio itself is hard enough. Lol
 
I'm a former CPT and long time athlete and too be honest, although they are beneficial, I'm just not a huge fan personally.
As already stated, your goals will be a big part of what program you use BUT I can put a client through intervals using DB's, Oly style lifts, and body weight exercises and obtain the same results (if not better) then a kettlebell routine. Just my opinion though..
