Lean Bulking

I'm not sure if I put this in the right forum. When you guys are running a lean bulking cycle how many times a week do you do cardio? I'll be lifting three times a week. Also what should my diet look like for a lean bulk? I am 6'3 200lbs, I was thinking 300g of both protein and carbs or should I be eating more?
 
Dude in order to bulk you have to consume more calories than what u are currently consuming. I would consume 400g protein and 350g carbs and spread it out into 7 meals. cardio 4x a week at 30 minutes and lift 5x a week.
 
is 400grams of protein really that neccesarry? Im bulking now at 6ft almost 200 pounds, consuming around 350 carbs daily, EFAs, and around 280-300 grams of protein,also concentrating on hittin 4500-5000 cals, whenever i hit a plateau ill just bump up my cals

Not trying to argue or anything just wanted some solid facts based on that, ive heard so many people with differnent opinions, and have also read that consuming that much protein is a waste
 
i think the more protein you have, the less chances of loosing muscle..

wats an easy way..throw in a shake with every meal
 
Oly the guru what is ur advice your advice on diet is always spot on, I am still grateful for the diet u gave me
