This was a little while back. Best I got right now. Just started dieting 2 days ago for spring, it'll be about 6-8 weeks before I get back to this point. I'll just be a little bigger this time around.

Nope, his genetics are insane. He walks around like that year round. His bodyfat has always been low. We've told him he could do a show at the drop of a dime. I gave him a bottle epistane once and he put on 12 lbs. Insane.

5' 8", 242lbs here, after a large breakfast, 63 years old 3/16. Plus dealing with umbilical hernia whi h screws up my middle section.
