im doing abs every night on the roman chair doing alot of sets of about 15reps. then i use a medicine ball hold my weight and go left to right. i do leg raises and lifts. i can see my upper abs comming through little by little but i still gut the gut at the bottom. im eating alot better now and doing alot more cardio and that seems to help me loose love handels and fat cells in other places but cant get rid of that lower gut. ive recently started doing 6inches with a medicine ball letting it roll up my legs and back down it seems to burn but no results. i know i will now have a 6pack busing through fat just need some good excercises to loose it.
